Get ready to say "Hello, Dolly!". Imelda Staunton will star as Dolly Levi in the highly-anticipated revival of Hello, Dolly! at the London Palladium from 6 July to 14 September 2024.

Following the Tony-winning 2017 Broadway revival starring Bette Midler and the August 2020 Adelphi Theatre revival, Imelda Staunton takes over as matchmaker extraordinaire Dolly Levi under Dominic Cooke's direction.

What's Hello, Dolly! about?

Jerry Herman and Michael Stewart co-wrote the musical Hello, Dolly!, inspired by Thornton Wilder's The Matchmaker. The story is about the matchmaker Dolly Gallagher Levi, a talented individual who accepts the task of matching the frugal semi-millionaire Horace Vandergelder with a compatible partner. But in an unexpected turn of events, Horace starts to show his affection for Dolly, resulting in a charming and endearing story of laughter and love.
