Why Watch Lost Atoms?
- A fresh, contemporary play that dives into the unreliable nature of memory and how two people remember the same relationship differently, balancing humour and heartbreak in equal measure.
- Written by Anna Jordan, whose award-winning work includes Yen (Bruntwood Prize) and TV credits like Succession and One Day, and directed by Scott Graham as part of Frantic Assembly’s 30th anniversary season.
- Themes of love, sex, pregnancy, grief, and loss are presented with honesty and theatrical inventiveness, making the play as thought-provoking as it is emotionally powerful.
- This is a strictly limited London run at the Lyric Hammersmith, and early reviews call it “funny, devastating, and beautifully staged,” making it a rare chance to catch a bold new work at its premiere.

Lyric Hammersmith Theatre
First opening its doors in 1888, the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre's Frank Matcham-designed auditorium was dismantled and rebuilt brick by brick in the 1970s to save it from demolition. The Lyric is now housed within a sleek glass-and-steel complex that fuses Victorian elegance with modern design. Over the decades, the Lyric has been home to some of the most groundbreaking and beloved productions in British theatre. Michael Frayn’s Noises Off, premiered here in 1982, as did Bugsy Malone, which has become a staple of the theatre’s identity.
