The Story

The Pillowman is a black comedy and is regarded as one of the best plays of the last 25 years. The play explores the place of the artist in society and questions what price we are willing to pay for freedom of speech and expression. Police authorities interrogate a writer in a totalitarian society when a string of homicides seems to have an eery connection to their short stories. Is this a case of art mimicking life or is something more nefarious at work here? Book your The Pillowman tickets today to find out!
