Tickets

Originally commissioned by the Royal Shakespeare Company, Good the play places a mirror in front of society and makes them look at themselves. The show will have a limited 11-week run from October this year in London’s West End.

Award-winning actor David Tennant plays the lead role of Professor John Halder. From a protagonist as the quirky time lord in Doctor Who to a soft-hearted angel turned demon in Good Omens, to the clear antagonist as Kilgrave in Jessica Jones, David Tennant is a name that many recognize. His much-awaited return to theatre is something to look forward to by the fans of the veteran actor, who is also a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and has starred in plays such as Hamlet, Richard III, and Love’s Labour Lost. He is ably supported by another seasoned actor, Elliot Levey who plays Maurice, a Jew and best friend of Tennant’s Halder.

At the helm of this production is director Dominic Cooke, an award-winning director, who is known for his productions, like Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, The Crucible, and Clybourne Park. Buy your Good the play tickets now to avoid disappointment later!

The Story

What makes someone good? Professor John Halder is a man who asks himself that question, but he also believes he is a good man wholeheartedly. However, even good men can change. In Germany in the 1930s, good men appear to be taking incremental strides toward awful things. A person's actions and decisions may appear reasonable to them at the moment, yet they could be the difference between extreme good and absolute evil. This play is an examination of human morality that is extremely pertinent to these troubling times. Book Good the play tickets now and witness one of the most iconic pieces on the subject of Holocaust and Nazism to be depicted on stage.
