Just for One Day – The Live Aid Musical London concert traces back to one of the most historic moments in the music world. On 13 July 1985, Live Aid brought together 70 of the most popular musicians of the era for a 16-hour concert that united around 1.9 billion viewers across the globe and raised $127 million for famine relief in Africa. This “rip-roaring, rousing rally cry of a musical” (The Telegraph) reimagines that momentous day with heart and authenticity, directed by Luke Sheppard and starring Julie Atherton (Mamma Mia) and Craige Els (Doctor Who).
