Tickets for Hello, Dolly! in London are available now! A true musical legend, it won a record-breaking 10 Tony Awards in 1964 during its original run, including Best Musical and Best Actress in a Musical for Carol Channing. Thornton Wilder's 1938 play The Merchant of Yonkers focused on Horace Vandergelder's quest for love, not Dolly's matchmaking schemes. Wilder later reworked the play into The Matchmaker, where Dolly blossomed into the star of the show. The show features timeless music by Jerry Herman, the composer behind hits like La Cage aux Folles and Mame.
