  • The First Balcony offers a highly flexible seating arrangement. Seats can be configured to surround the stage on two, three, or all four sides, or the stage can be positioned at one end with all seats facing it.
  • The upper circle overhangs row B, but it does not obstruct the view from any seat. Rails run across the front of all rows and are double-height at the aisles, without affecting views.
  • The second row is significantly elevated above the row in front, almost like a separate balcony. Seats B1, B2, B24, and B28 are unique long corner seats in their own enclave.
