The Ambassadors Theatre, formerly the New Ambassadors Theatre, located on West Street opened on 5th June 1913. It is one of the smallest of the West End theatres that also presented Deburau in 1921. Britain's longest-running production The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie opened at The Ambassadors on 25th November 1952 and played here until its 21st Birthday in 1974. On 4 April 2007, the venue was sold to Stephen Waley-Cohen, who renamed the venue The Ambassadors as it once was, and began an extensive renovation program. - The Circle at Ambassadors is raked and elevated, with a smaller elevated section in its rear.
- There is one private Box to the left of the section, but it experiences obstructed views on account of its angle and the smaller theater space.
- The section offers a great vantage point from which to view the performances. As a smaller theater, you also don't experience obstructed views due to a distance from the stage.
- There are no accessible seats in this section. It also has a steep rake and a smaller staircase, making it inaccessible for patrons with limited mobility.

- Stalls: No accessible seating is available at this theater. The Stalls section is slightly more accessible to reach, with just one small step down from street level to reach the foyer.
- Circle: This section is entirely inaccessible, with no lifts or escalators, and a steep staircase to climb up.
