Everything! Loved every minute of it. My seat could have been better but I compromised.
Easy booking with Headout for a wide variety of London trips and theatre shows to suit all. Phantom was fantastic!
I took my mum as we have both watched the movie several times. It was brilliant and I can't fault the actors at all. The humour with the play definitely uplifted the whole atmosphere of the play. We sat at the back of the royal circle & it was difficult to see certain parts of the play but I know for next time to try and get a front seat. It was very emotional and I cried at the end. You could definitely feel how phantom felt having his heart broken by a woman he loved. Would recommend to anyone (who have watched the film at least). 5 STARS 🌟
The show was incredibly good. The seats were expensive but excellent. The theatre was full of very appreciative tourists who are prepared to pay top dollar for London shows. The staging and costumes as well as the sound and technical effects were staggering. The Headout app worked seamlessly.
We loved the show. My 14 year old is totally elated. We loved the story line, performances, setup n everything was perfect
Absolutely phenomenal show! The stage and theatrics were 10/10. We were able to get great seats with last minute tickets too. So happy we saw this show! We walked back to our hotel singing "Phantom of the Opera!!" So fun. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London.
Excellent performance. I bring my child (Age 12) and she really enjoys this musicals. The great plot and decorations and all the techniques make this musical even wonderful!
It was my first ever visit to a show. I was taken aback by the sheer quality of the performance, the singing, the dancing, the casting, the storyline and humour, the incredible special effects and artistry on the stage and the excellent stage changes which occured in seconds. It was a masterpiece. I never believed I could be affected so much by the emotion of the occasion. Buying the tickets online was easy, and I chose to print out the tickets in advance.
Late comers to the show were allowed in and massively disrupted the first 20 mins while staff kept moving people. Nobody was checking that people were sitting in the right spot before the show started. We misssed key points because of all the fuss.
The show is very good, but the stalls seats we took had reduced vision and that is not warned. We were left with a column in the middle in one case and then we could not see part of the show in height because it was covered by the ceiling of the second floor.

Very professional. Setting amazing, costumes beautiful, singing was spine tingling & music sound sensational. Ticketing process was very easy.
The show was great as expected. Ticketing experience was easy but as an old fashioned guy I would have liked to print them of at home rather than solely relying on my phone and the app. My old fashioned fear is that my phone may fail.
Unparalleled artistic taste. I come from a theatre family in faraway China, and The Phantom of the Opera shocked me like never before. The music and the actors' passionate performances moved me deeply.
The show was fantastic! the venue was magnificent and the way we got the tickets delivered to our email plus it was also added to the app was wonderful. I would use Headout again.
Loved the performance! But hated the cramped front row! I paid full price for 2 front row tickets and those were the most uncomfortable seats in my 60 years of attending musicals. Painfully cramped (no leg room) on first row. I highly recommend you avoid buying front row seats!
Great show, fantastic music, actors and singers. The continuous changing scenes are impressive and marvellous. The ticket price on the balcony a bit expensive considering the view. In conclusion I recommend the Phantom of the Opera
Loved the whole.production, singing and dancing. The drama and the special effects. The chandeliere raising was.awesome.
Beautiful show. Organization inside the theater perfect. In particular, there was no excessive confusion both at the entrance and exit

Magnifique, les décors somptueux, les acteurs super des voix extraordinaires, je recommande à tous. The Theater, the organization for the entrances impeccable we are very well received. The Theatre is fantastic. No photos allowed.
