Cirque du Soleil's Corteo is a rather dream-like theatrical experience. This show takes the audience on a whimsical journey that blends the grandeur of a carnival parade with the tenderness of a funeral procession. The acts are representations of Mauro's life like a day at the beach, playing bouncy beds at his grandparents' house, and his love life. Cirque du Soleil Corteo tickets are your pass to a world of reality and dreams woven together to imagine what life's like after. The innovative staging allows the audience to be close to the action, creating an intimate atmosphere that heightens the sense of immersion. The exceptional cast and crew of Corteo bring an incredible level of talent and passion to the stage, at London's Royal Albert Hall, a venue that perfectly compliments this tragic masterpiece.

Storyline

The story of Corteo centers around Mauro, a clown who imagines his funeral taking place in a carnival-like atmosphere, observed by quiet, caring angels. The narrative contrasts the big with the small, the ridiculous with the tragic, and the magic of perfection with the charm of imperfection. It emphasizes the clown's strength and vulnerability, wisdom, and generosity, reflecting the facet of humanity that resides in each of us. Cirque du Soleil's Corteo takes us through a timeless celebration where illusion teases reality with playful, poetic, and mischievous music.
