An absolutely incredible theatre experience! The Phoenix Theatre itself is a beautiful, historic theatre, and the view from my seat was excellent.
The show had an amazing opening that immediately created a special atmosphere. When the ship appeared on stage, I was genuinely speechless. The production was simply breathtaking. The incredible effects, fantastic acting and perfectly fitting music made the entire experience incredibly immersive.
I especially loved how there were so many connections and parallels to the original Stranger Things series, while the play still felt like its own story. During the performance, I completely forgot that I was watching a theatre production and not a movie.
The slow-motion effect and the opening scene are moments that will stay with me for a very long time. Even now, they still leave me speechless. An absolute highlight and a must-see, especially for every Stranger Things fan!

We came to the show with two teenagers, and we absolutely loved it. The plot, the actors, the energy, the special effects — amazing! We’re tourists, and for us, London theatre takes everything to another level. This production definitely lived up to that standard. The theatre was packed. We had tickets in the Grand Circle, and the view was perfectly fine from there too. I would highly recommend this show to anyone!

An incredible experience from start to finish! Getting the tickets on Headout was super easy. Stranger Things: The First Shadow is an absolute masterpiece. We were completely fascinated by the stunning special effects and the gripping storyline. It truly captured the essence of the show and made us relive all those amazing sci-fi vibes. Totally recommended, a must-see!

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis, die Atmosphäre von Stranger Things wurde sehr gut reproduziert. Sogar der Humor kam nicht zu kurz und die eine oder andere lieb gewordene Figur der Serie fand sich wieder. Die Story selbst war ein bisschen lasch und traute sich zu wenig, sodass der Horror letztlich eher aus einem Jugendroman zu stammen schien. Dennoch würde ich die Vorstellung nicht für Kinder empfehlen. Vor mir saß eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, dass war von Seiten der Eltern und der Veranstalter unverantwortlich, die beiden haben sich wirklich gefürchtet. Das Theater ist sehr cozy und die Bestuhlung bequem und mit ausreichend Beinfreiheit. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.
